Knaus Berry Farm is a Holiday Staple
Knaus Berry farm has been around for 64 years. It was established by Ray and Russel Knaus. They first started off by selling strawberries and now they sell everything from their famous cinnamon rolls to all kinds of pies.
“Their cinnamon rolls are like nothing I’ve ever tasted and I’m always willing to make the 2 hour line,” junior Claudia Gonzalez said.
Since they are only open from November to mid-April families are excited to take their annual trip to the farm.
“We’re excited this year for our yearly visit to Knaus Berry Farm. Something that has become a family tradition,” junior Gabriella Ullivarri said.
Although the cinnamon rolls are the public’s favorite they have many other options to choose from.
“Although the cinnamon rolls are and shakes are everyone’s go tos, the breadsticks are incredible,” Ullivarri said.
Knaus Berry Farm is always packed during these times and this year was no exception. The Farm is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 to 5:30 at 15980 SW 248th Street in Homestead. They only accept cash.
