With one of the most amazing light shows and beautiful set pieces, Kid Cudi appears on a colorful, strobe lit, garden-like scene. His absolute creativity flowing from the songs to the stage, provides a hallucinogenic rush to all the people attending.

“The set was literally so beautiful. I felt as though I was living in a dream, because it was so colorful and genuinely looked surreal. I really liked how the stage was also big enough so Cudi could walk around the audience as a whole,”junior Nina Vidal said.

The musicality that was shown was absolutely spectacular. Cudi performed his top hits including, ‘Mr.Rager’, ‘Day ‘n Nite’, and ‘Pursuit of Happiness’, accompanied by other amazing records. The whole crowd sang in harmony and it provided a group sense of belonging for all his fans.

“It honestly felt like the concert was not real . He (Cudi) performed all of my favorite songs and it was such an incredible experience. I had so much fun, honestly yelling out all the words for everything. I had such a great time and I’m so happy I was able to have this opportunity,” junior Andrea Ulloa said.

Overall, the high energy, yet intimate atmosphere of the performance was one that was truly moving. The surprise encore resulted in an emotional closing with his newest song ‘love.’, that allowed Cudi to leave a message of adoration for his gracious fans.
