Care Club Celebrates Breast Cancer Awareness Month By Hosting Locks of Love
Locks of Love is an annual event hosted by the schools Care Club, a club who’s mission is to provide aid cancer patients and survivors. During this event, students and faculty alike volunteer to cut 6+ inches of their hair as a donation to the patients. The grade with the most ponytails cut is not only rewarded with the joy that comes with helping others, but they also get spirit points! And while this event is only in school for one day, the ability to donate and also win spirit points lasts throughout the entire month of October.
