The senior class of 2024 celebrated their senior prom on Saturday, April 13 at the InterContinental Hotel. The night was Gatsby-themed, with the venue decorated with pearls and feathers. The girls and their dates danced the night away with their classmates. This special night would not have been possible without the hard work of the senior council and their moderator, Mrs. Michelle Minoso.

“We worked really hard on putting this night together and making sure that all the accessories and decorations were perfect,” senior council member Andrea Comas said. “It was definitely worth it when we saw how much fun everyone was having.”

When the students arrived, they sat at pre-assigned tables, and enjoyed a buffet-style meal, consisting of pasta, chicken, and caesar salad. Following dinner, the dance floor was filled with the girls enjoying the music and dancing with their friends.

“It was such a special night and the perfect way to close off our four years together,” senior Sylvia Mendiola said. “I loved the fact that we all stayed past the time that the doors opened and sang our class song, ‘Viva la Vida.’”

This was a very memorable night for the graduates, celebrating all their accomplishments and friendships they’ve made.
