The Grotto is the student-run newspaper of the Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, an all-girls high school located in Miami, Florida. Three classes of Honors Journalism I, II, and III manage, produce, and publish all the stories on the site.
Stories are published once a week to start and will work toward publishing every class period, as the school schedule rotates on a block schedule (thereby only allowing the class to meet two or three times a week).

Mission and Standards for Publication: All Grotto stories and media must represent the best standards and ethics of professional journalism and correlate to the Core Values of the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the founders of Our Lady of Lourdes Academy.
