Sofia Pereda is the Editor in Chief of the 2020-2021 Grotto Newspaper. She began working on staff in her sophomore year and is excited to continue to pursue her love of Journalism. Sofia is currently a senior at Our Lady of Lourdes and enjoys being involved in the varsity cheerleading and Peer Ministry programs at her school. Her favorite subjects have always been Biology and English as she is passionate about science and writing. In her free time she loves to travel, workout, and be with family. She is always down for an adventure and is happiest when she can book a spontaneous trip to a new place where she can experience new cultures and adventures. Fitness is one of her biggest passions. She loves to learn about and better herself with nutrition and health. Sofia is very excited for the opportunity to work on the Grotto again and is looking forward to working alongside a great staff to make this year great.
